You may qualify if:
At least one person who qualifies for unemployment, has lost income, or suffered financially due to COVID-19
at least one person who is at risk of experiencing homelessness if they don’t get help
you earn a total income below 80% of the Area Median Income for Allegheny County
What documents are needed to apply?

Lease agreement
Utility bills
Proof of income, like W2 forms, award letters, or paystubs
Proof of financial hardship, loss of income, or increased expenses due to COVID-19
